Yes! We have shipped items all over the globe ranging from EU countries to the USA, Hong Kong and Australia. Wherever you are based we're sure we can ship our equipment to you.
Most items are sent on pallets due to the size and weight of them. Other smaller items would usually be sent by UPS or DPD shipping methods
Absolutely. Parcels are able to be tracked through the network once they have left us. Unfortunately at the time of writing pallets are unable to be tracked but we will email you once the goods are dispatched
The majority of our goods are very heavy and large items which unfortunately are not cheap. Our online shop can only calculate shipping rates per item so we may be able to help on the online shipping cost if you contact us.
On large orders it is advisable to contact us for a container or groupage rate which combines multiple items into one delivery to give you a lower cost.

Payment Information
We generally deal with electronic bank transfer but we are able to take card payment through the website.
At present bank transfer or debit card is the preferred payment method. Unfortunately at present we do not accept Paypal due to high charges associated with this payment method.
We do offer discounts depending on the order volume. The longer our manufacturing capacity is booked up for, the less we need to advertise in order to secure more orders. We pass this saving onto you in the form of a discount.

Due to the costs associated with running a showroom unfortunately we are not able to offer the opportunity to view equipment at our premises. However, we may be able to point you in the direction of a customer locally who has some of our equipment that you may be able to view.
Despite our name we generally do not make a huge amount of custom one off equipment. We are able to do this if required but the process for making one piece is time consuming and the research and design costs are added to a single item rather than an entire stock portfolio so will generally be higher in cost unless it's a simple idea.
